You have two options:

 

Option #1 – Simply break the contract with your current carrier by paying an early termination fee (typically $100 – $200).  This is what I did.

 

Look at it this way:  If you’re currently paying $120 per month for your cell phone service and with Solavei you’ll only be paying $49/month, that’s a savings of $71/month!  By breaking your contract and paying the early termination fee you actually be SAVING MONEY and it will only take a few months to recoup the termination fee you had to pay.

 

Option #2 – Call your current carrier and drop your phone plan down to the lowest plan they offer without extending the contract.  Typically it’s around $20 or $30/month.  Then just get a new phone and phone number with Solavei until your other contract expires.

Do I have to pay money to join?

Yes. Solavei’s wireless service is $49 plus tax per month for unlimited Talk, Text and Data. The SIM card which you need to power your GSM phone is $9.

Is Solavei for USA citizens or open worldwide?

As of Jan. 2013, Solavei is only open to people with a valid USA Mailing address and to get paid, one must have a valid Social Security # from the United States and be at least 18 years old to join the compensation plan program. Solavei has announced it will be going into Europe in the 2^nd quarter of 2013. If you know leaders in Europe, get them positioned now! Details about the specific countries has not been released yet.

 

Phone/Network Questions:

Where can I get coverage?

Solavei’s network of service is built into T-Mobile’s USA Network and allows coverage in all 50 states. T-Mobile’s network reaches 96% of the USA. Some members can join Solavei without using the mobile service if coverage is not available in their home area and promote the service without actually using the service as a social member without service (SMO).

Is Solavei using T-Mobile’s Towers?

Yes, and T-Mobile is investing $4 Billion into their cellular networks to increase speed and put more towers in weaker areas over the next several months and years. Already, T-Mobile has added HSPA+ 1900 MHz band to over 50 of the most populated cities in the USA which gives members in those cities super-fast 4G data speeds.

Can I use the iPhone on Solavei’s Network?

The iPhone will be categorized as a “Usable Phone”. This means that if you have an unlocked GSM version of the iPhone, you’ll be able to put in a Solavei SIM card and get a quality voice and text experience, with data at 2G speeds. Some iPhones has increased their speeds in the areas where the HSPA+ 1900 MHz bands are available.

Can I use iPhone 5 on Solavei’s Network?

Yes, Solavei offers Nano Sim cards, which fit inside the iPhone 5 which will allow it to be used on the Solavei network at blazing fast speeds for only $49 a month.

What if I am in a contract with an existing mobile carrier?

Many mobile providers lock their clients into two year contracts. These contracts may have large ETFs (Early Termination Fees). But, by switching to Solavei, you’ll never have to worry about ETFs again. There are 2 ways to make your ETFs much less painful.

Method #1 – Do the math, are you really saving money by staying with your old carrier? Do they have unlimited talk, text and data for $49 a month? Will you save more by dropping them now and staying with Solavei long term? Most people pay between $70 and $150 a month for their mobile services. That’s $840 to $1800 per year vs. Solavei’s $588 per year costs. Take the savings and invest them into breaking your contract, think long term here. Most EFTs are $200 to $400. With Solavei’s plan, not only will you get a cheaper phone bill, but you also get the ability to earn money. None of the big cell phone carriers allow you to do that every month!

Method #2 – Ride out your existing contract. Keep your contract and stay a customer until it expires. Treat your Solavei service as a business line, while carrying the original line phone balance. Call your provider and have them reduce all the minutes, and plans to their lowest possible minimums. Once your contact is over, call and cancel it and just use your Solavei service.

What if I want to keep my existing phone #, held by another carrier?

You can keep your existing phone # from a landline or a mobile line and bring it to Solavei. The mobile line must be out of a contract to be ported over. If it is under a contract, you may pay an ETF from your provider to release your phone # to be ported to Solavei. If you have family plans attached to your phone # with your old provider, your phone services will remain intact, even though you have terminated your phone contract. But the family plan prices may change. Check with your current carrier. Call your carrier to get the full details on penalties for porting phone #s that are still under contract. If you want to use your existing phone # on another carrier with Solavie, do not cancel that service with your provider. Solavei handles this when you tell them you want to port your existing phone number over. You’ll need to provide certain details to Solavei so they can initiate the porting process. This porting process can take 1 day to several days depending on who your carrier is. The service of porting will not start until you ACTIVATE your phone on Solavei by putting in your SIM Card and filling out info on the activation page. Once your # is successfully ported, your previous carrier will most likely send you a bill for the EFT – Early Termination Fee in your final bill, as mentioned, these can be $50 and up to $400 depending on how many months left you had on your contract.

What is a SIM Card?

A Global System for Mobile Communication Subscriber Identity Module, or GSM SIM card, is a SIM card that uses the GSM Cellular network. Having this card in an unlocked cell phone while using the correct frequency allows a cell phone user to use his cell phone in various countries all over the world. The GSM network is the network used by most countries in the world, allowing cell phone users to carry their phones from country to country. This network is not the primary network used in countries such as the United States, which is why many US residents have trouble using their phones overseas. Verizon for example, used CDMA phones in the USA, not GSM.

To use a GSM SIM card, a user will need an unlocked phone-that is, a phone that is able to use SIM cards from different phone carriers-that uses the GSM network and works at the frequency the destination country uses. In many European countries, that frequency is 900 MHz or 1800 MHz. A phone that uses the proper frequency is important because even if a phone can use the GSM network, if it is not on the correct frequency, it still won’t work. Once a user has an unlocked phone that will work with the GSM network as well as the correct frequency, he can use the GSM SIM card. This card allows the user to use the same phone number internationally, no matter which country he is in.

Solavei members can bring their own GSM phones from ATT or T-Mobile, or from other GSM networks. Members will need to purchase a SIM card that is compatible with our network for $9. Having the phone’s IMEI # (go to make a call, and enter *#06# to find your IMEI #) will let us know if your phone can be used on the Solavei network and what speeds your phone is capable of running on. For example, to get 4G data speed, your phone must be capable of 4G speeds too. Many phones are built to max out speeds at 2G or 3G.

Can I bring a phone that is not a GSM Phone from Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular or Boost Mobile?

No, all phones must be GSM Phones with compatible SIM Cards and tested based on the IMEI # for compatibility on the network. Many phones used and second hand phones from AT&T and T-Mobile will work on Solavei’s network. T-Mobile phones seem to have the best coverage and service when we tested them.

What Phones does Solavei offer with a new membership?

Solavei no longer offers phones to people joining. You must find your own phone at places like Amazon.com, Craigslist, eBay or through your local pawn shops. You can also find phones at www.getaphone.biz or www.gsmnation.com/solavei as well.

Does Solavei offer phone insurance?

At this time, Solavei does not offer phone insurance. At www.getaphone.biz, they offer insurance.

Are there long term contracts with Solavei?

No. Solavei provides a pre-paid billing plan, that goes month to month, and members can cancel anytime.

Are there any credit checks with Solavei?

No. There are no credit checks to become a Solavei member.

How do I pay for my service on the Solavei network?

All service for Solavei is paid via debit or credit cards and all services are paid for in a month in advance. It’s best to sign up with automated billing so your service is never interrupted.

Are their long distance or roaming charges?

No. There are no long distance or roaming charges.

What is the Speed of Solavei’s Network?

The fastest speeds on Solavei are 4G speeds, with compatible phones and network coverage. Some areas will have 3G or 2G/Edge speeds and certain phones are not compatible to handle 4G or 3G speeds. Please educate yourself about usable phones that can be brought into the Solavei network and which speeds your phones can handle or max out at.

What does unlimited Texting look like?

Unlimited Text includes unlimited incoming text messages along with unlimited outgoing text messages to any domestic or international mobile number when inside the U.S. Unlimited texting also includes picture and video messages anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

What does unlimited Data look like?

Unlimited Data within the U.S. (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) keeps you free from data overages. No additional charges regardless of the amount of data used. Data speeds will reduce when the amount of data used exceeds 4GB in a billing cycle or when roaming domestically off of the Solavei network. Speeds reduce to a 2G data experience in these situations.

What does unlimited Talk look like?

Unlimited Talk includes unlimited incoming calls along with unlimited outgoing calls to any domestic U.S. phone number when inside the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Are there retail locations to purchase Solavei SIM Cards?

During our first phase of launch, the Solavei Team will be focused on empowering personal connections. Some members do have retail stores and kiosks where they sell phones and service.  Solavei does offer packages of SIM cards that can be purchased  for $2 per card in batches of 10 or 20 card packs. A maximum of 60 cards can be purchased per month.

Can I call International #’s with my Solavei phone?

Yes, Solavei offers an international plan starting at $10 which allows you to call from within the USA to over 200 countries. You can text unlimited international #s if you are within the USA when you initiate the text. You can also make international calls with a pre-paid calling card provider as well.

My Mobile phone company has a matching or a better price offer, can you beat it?

Really? You can get true unlimited talk, text AND data for $49? If that’s true – you got a great deal. But, just one question… How much does that company pay you each month and can you get your phone service FREE each month by referring others? Will that provider allow you to make money so your phone service pays off your monthly mortgage? I did not think so – time to join Solavei!

How fast can I make money?

The faster you can sign up 3 people, the faster you’ll making $20 a month. If you sign up 3 members and they activate their Solavei service before the last day of the month, then these members will count for trio pay on the 12^th, the following month. All payments are paid on the 12^th of the month.

When are pay days?

Solavei pays on the 12th each month.

How do we get paid?

Solavei pays its members with a Purple Paycard. This paycard is a Bank of America Visa Debit card, where your funds are loaded into every month. Funds can be withdrawn at many ATM machines or transferred to bank accounts through direct deposit out of your paycard online. ATM fees and bank transfer fees may apply. Paycards are received 5-7 business days after joining Solavei in the mail.

Can people outside of the USA make money?

Members outside of the USA must be USA Citizens with a USA address and USA Social Security #. They can only enroll people from the USA into service at this time. If you live outside the USA and do not have a US Social Security card # or USA address, you cannot use or promote the Solavei service at this time.

Coming in the 2^nd Quarter, 2013, Solavei will expand its social commerce system into countries in Europe. Solavei expects to go international in a slow roll out over time and be in more places than the USA or Europe in the future.

What is a Trio?

A Trio consists of 3 active Service Members. They do not have to come from 1 sponsor. For example, if you personally enrolled 21 people, you’d divide by 3 to figure out your total trios. You’d have 7 trios. If you had 23 people, you’d still have 7 trios and only get paid $20 per trio on your PC1. The remaining 2 members not in a trio would be considered “breakage” until a 3^rd member joins to make it 8 trios and 24 personal members.

What are my Personal connections (PC1)?

A Member’s Personal Connections consists of his/her personal referrals. You get paid $20 per month for every trio formed on the PC1.

What are my Personal Connections (PC2)?

A Member’s Personal Connections level 2 consists of his/her personal referrals (PC1) that they enroll under them in PC2. You get paid $10 per month for every trio formed on the PC2. All active members are counted, then divided by 3 to form Trios.

What is my extended network?

The Extended Network is anything outside of a Member’s Personal Network (beyond two degrees of connection). The extended network is used to calculate path pay, as well as totals from PC1 & PC2.

What is Trio Pay?

• Pays $20 per month for Trios (3 people) in one’s Personal Connection Level 1.

• Trio Pay is unlimited in amount and can be built continually. Social Members can continue to add Trios into perpetuity and earn money on them each month for as long as the Trio is activated during the current enrollment month.

• The Solavei Community will provide a view of your network and the status of its Members.

• Trio Pay on PC2 is paid at $10 per month.

• A Trio can be created when one Member signs 2 Service Members and another Member signs 1. This can create a Trio.

• There is no time limit on when a Trio can be formed. E.g. Sign a Service Member today, another in 6 weeks, and another in 6 months. Once the final Service Member is signed to complete that Trio, the Trio will be paid from that point forward as long as it remains active.

• Trios are formed automatically by the Solavei Compensation System using predefined rules. There is no selection or election to be part of a particular Trio. For example, if a Member signs a new Service Member on each of May 20, June 2, June 7 and June 13, the Solavei Compensation System will examine the first 3 Service Members signed to determine if the requirements to form a Trio have been met. If qualifications are met, the Trio is formed, but if not, the system will look at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Service Members to determine if the qualifications have been met.

When it is paid:

Trio Pay is based on monthly service plan fees paid by Service Members with the earnings calculated and paid monthly.

Trio Pay is earned after each Member of a Trio activates their Monthly Mobile Service. Trio Pay earned between the 1st and 31st of the month is paid on the 12th day of the following month.

What happens when a Member does not pay for monthly service?

A grace period of five days is available for Service Members who become suspended for non-payment and then restore service by making a payment. If a Member makes a payment within the grace period, the Trio Pay will be earned based on the actual payment date. If a Service Member makes a payment outside the grace period, the Sponsor may lose Trio Pay for that period and Trio Pay will begin again the following month if all Members complete another Monthly Mobile Service Anniversary.

What is Path Pay?

•  All Members have the opportunity to earn Path Pay as they move up in Rank by enrolling more people and as they team enrolls more people below them.

• Rank is based on achieving progressively higher combinations of Personal Trios and Total Trios as reflected in the pay chart PDF Document.

• Path Pay ranges from $250 to $20,000 per month and is paid as long as the applicable numbers of PC1, PC2 and Total Network Trios remain in place

• The number of Trios used to determine Rank is the number of Trios for which Trio Pay was earned in the prior calendar month.

• There are additional constraints that will also be considered in determining Rank. A Social Member cannot have more than 40% of the total Trios required to advance to a given rank come from anyone Social Member within your network. Being a Member in good standing (paid in full for all fees. i.e., the annual $149 fee for Social Members without Service)

When it gets paid:

• Qualification for Path Pay is calculated as of the end of a calendar month and it is paid on the 12th of the following month.

What are Equity Options?

Solavei wants its leaders to have the opportunity to share in its success by being a shareholder. Once you reach Social Connector , you will have the right to obtain Solavei Equity with a 4-year vesting period.

Is this a Pyramid Scheme?

No.

How do I know this is not a scam?

There is no way to know if this is a scam or if it’s legit. What we do know is… 1. People get paid and have been getting paid on time since the company started September 21, 2012, and 2. The mobile phone service works. 3. On September 21, the company held a nationwide launch party and publically live streamed it free for all to view. Very intelligent people and companies are associated with Solavei and has partnerships with many fortune/inc 100 and 500 companies. But, we cannot guarantee or speculate how long this company will remain in business. There is no way to know or guess. It could be here today and gone tomorrow, and it could be around longer than AT&T. I don’t know about you, but isn’t it worth the risk sticking it out for the long haul? Would you be completely destitute if you lost $49 to enroll?

What is All You Can Eat Mobile or AYCE?

The All You Can Eat Mobile Team is the name of the promotional marketing system and team name for members using this training  and marketing system. Our goal as AYCE members is to provide excellent marketing training and help our members gain working advertising knowledge that when applied, creates results, sales and duplication for our team members. AYCE is an online marketing system with very robust features allowing members to succeed with word of mouth and word of mouse tools. It is simple and easy for people to use because of the highly duplicatable nature of the protocols built into the system. All you can eat is a reference to unlimited talk, text and data offered by Solavei and also a reference to the dozens of trainings and tools we share with our members in the training area.

Who owns the AYCE Mobile (All You Can Eat) System?

The owners of the AYCE Mobile system wish to remain anonymous and in the background. This is for their own privacy concerns and to make sure the system is not drawing any undue attention to any specific individuals. Our system is about the TEAM – not any one person or leader. If the owners published their names, they’d be getting too many phone calls and emails. If you need support, use our support system, it works great!

What will you do with all the leads captured inside this system?

Our system follows up with those leads with autoresponder emails that educate and ask your leads to take action by reviewing videos and clicking on links which gives you a higher chance of converting them to customers and signing them up. As for what we do with the leads later? We do nothing – the leads that come into the system through your lead capture pages will always be your leads. Our email follow up systems will email those leads systematic emails to educate and inform the prospects about our comp plan, product and system. The AYCE Mobile team will never rent, borrow, steal or take your leads…. Ever! We are people of integrity.

How much is it to use the All You Can Eat Mobile system per month?

The AYCE Mobile system is free to try out for 7 days. To join for free, you must have a valid credit card.
