YES, YOU CAN JOIN WITHOUT GETTING A PHONE, HOWEVER, this is something that you DO NOT want to promote, because anybody that does this will NOT be part of a Trio. Anybody that they bring on that gets a Phone will be counted in whatever TRIO level that they are on. For Example, if you sponsor a person that does NOT get the monthly phone service, but just becomes a Social Member for $149 a year, then You will NOT get any credit for anybody on your PC1. However, if they sponsor people that get the monthly phone service then those people WILL count for your PC2 trios. IF you do want to do enroll without getting the phone service, you will make money the same way, but you may not be the best example for your team.
