About Les:
When he started with Alarms Across America in 2000, he had NO PRIOR Alarm sales experience. He actually was a substitute teacher and served his Church. He is now an Assistant Pastor and has been led to pursue the calling to be much more active in the Church while maintaining a part time status with our Company. Les holds the record of most sales in a given year and has secured more than 10 homes in a week more times than we can count. Les is not only a sales representative here, he is a great friend that we respect greatly.

Pay Special attention to:
a. The Questions that he asks.
b. How he continually is searching for REASONS why the customer would WANT to buy the system.
c. How he gets the customer to interact.
d. How he moves right to the paperwork. He Never Asks…DO YOU WANT THIS? ….He assumes it because he got mini yeses through the presentation.
e. How he involves the Customer in Channels of Protection with their Stories!
f. How well he talks about the Smoke Communicator. He is trying to Upgrade which taking an extra 2 to 3 minutes will result in $50 more dollars when they buy!
g. How he smiles.
